Most of our products are fully assembled. However, some of our table sets do require minor assembly. Fully assembled with one person in under 15 mins. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at Contact@evfires.com

Most of our products get delivered within one business week. For larger items, we use a Less-than-Truckload (LTL) service. Delivery time is estimated at 1-2 business weeks.

All fire pit tables are intended for outdoor use only. Table must have at least a 15 feet distance from any structure. Do not hang plants or branches over the table.

When we ship out your package, we will upload the tracking number and automatically send it to your email.

Our fire pit tables are set up for propane use out of the box. If you would like to use natural gas, you can purchase our natural gas hose conversion kit. You can also request a natural gas hardware kit however you will be required to purchase a NG compatible hose seperately. Only have a licenced technician to service and install anythiing reguarding to your fire pit table.

All fire pit tables are for outdoor use only. Only operate fire pit table and burners outside in a well ventalted area and never in an enclosed space.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is covered by the buyer. In the event of a damaged product, we will replace it free of charge

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit. BTU is used to determine how powerful a product is in terms of heating and cooling. The higher the BTU, the higher the heating/cooling output will be.

Majority of our tables are 55K BTU. On the highest setting, a full 20lb tank will last 7-8 hours on average.

All of our tables are designed with a convient side panel that stores the tank under the table out of the way.
